HESTER BOSMA
Hester Bosma serves as Director of Innovation & Consulting and member of the management board at TBWA\ Zurich. Previously, she was design-led innovation lead EMEIA at EY and innovation design lead at Accenture`s global centre for innovation.
As innovation consultant she has supported multinationals and SMEs on strategy, innovation and corporate venturing initiatives. At TBWA Hester is responsible for the new innovation offering TBWA \ Shift.
She holds an MSc. Degree in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation management from Lund university. She is a certified design thinking facilitator, product owner, scrum master, management 3.0 and Scaled Agile consultant.

MATTHIAS KIESS
Matthias Kiess, CEO of TBWA Switzerland AG since 2012, previously held various marketing positions in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries.
His years at Feldschlösschen Getränke AG and Swiss Dairy Food were entirely dedicated to brand and innovation management. At Swiss Dairy Food, he was responsible for innovation development within the marketing team and launched many new products. This was also part of his job as Senior Brand Manager at Feldschlösschen Getränke AG.
Matthias Kiess has his origins in pharmacy, where he graduated from the ETH Zurich and additionally completed an Executive Master in Business Administration at the HSG in St. Gallen. He is and has been active in various board functions and is also involved in the start-up sector (omeiapad.com).

LUKAS DIEM
Lukas Diem serves as Strategy Director and member of the management board at TBWA\ Zurich. Previously, he was Head of Strategy at Wunderman Thompson and Partner & Consultant Westhive.
In the course of his career, he has supported a variety of Swiss and international brands with brand- and communication strategies and was involved in the development of numerous successful campaigns. In addition to strategic client work, he is constantly looking to expand TBWA\ Zurich’s capabilities in cultural intelligence by developing, conducting and publishing proprietary research in the areas of consumer behaviour, cultural trends and consumer’s perception of emerging technologies.
He holds degrees and diplomas in business and law from the Vienna University of Business and Economics and the University of Oxford.
